Mask Question and a few other

Hi. I am new to this. Is there a list of what cameras/recorders that aren't compatible with Sony 9?

Also, I have been trying to edit a video of a website presentation and I can't make splits and I don't get the mask option when I select Event Pan/Crop....just position and no mask selection.

Basically I want to blur out some personal info in several areas on the presentation.

Thank you for any advice.
