[Kenneth Maultsby] "1. Final Cut Studio has soundtrack Pro What dose Vegas have?"

For most of the things you would need to go to Soundtrack Pro for, you can do directly on the timeline in Vegas. However, if you need it, the alternative in Vegas would be SoundForge - a separate product by Sony.

[Kenneth Maultsby] "2. Final Cut Studio has Motion what dose Vegas have?"

Some things you may be able to duplicate directly in Vegas. However, you'll probably need to look at a third party program depending on your needs.

[Kenneth Maultsby] "3. Final Cut Studio has compressor were I use compressor to do three to four different projects over night what dose Vegas have?"

You have a couple of options. First of all, you can simply open Vegas multiple times and tell each separate instance to render a different piece.

A second option would be to use a batch rendering script. The script can then start the second render once the first render has finished.
