Large volume of PIP - quick tricks wanted

I have a 7 hours project to deliver all with PIP.

7x1 hour segments of power point and single talking head lecture :o(

Other than working indavidual PAN/CROPs in each PIP event - does anyone have any quick and dirty ways of doing the PIP so that it doesn't break my soul?
