Hi
....or you can do it automatically by turning on the ripple edit. Up on the tool bar it's the icon with the 2 boxes and an arrow. Turn that on, then click the arrow for a drop down box of choices. 1 track - affected tracks or all tracks. Put your curser when you want to drop in the photos (or clip) and everything will move to the right automatically without you having to manually butt everything together again.
One ceveat though, make sure you turn it off with you're done or you'll accidently be moving everything when you don't want to. ;-)
