Export Problems
by Christopher Clark on Jun 23, 2008 at 7:08:35 am

1st let me say I love this forum, got lots of great advice.. now I need some help. I work with a Newscutter, we just went to P2, and I am looking for a way to save file footage now that our tapes are going away. I have tried exporting and saving clips as a quicktime and when played back on AVID they look great, but when played back on TV they get jumpy during pans and movement which in my world is not good. I apologize for my lack of knowledge but what am I missing here? Is it a setting, do I need to use another file format or what? I am just looking for a format I can use that will not take up too much space, to save file footage to DVD's that will be broadcast quality so we can store them and maybe use them again. Any help would be great for I'm about out of Tylenol trying to get this to work.
