Premiere Pro doesn't use a specific project setting or config depending on media. That come when you create the sequence. Simply let Premiere create an initial sequence at project creation at whatever setting it offers, then create another sequence by dragging one of your media files onto the 'New Sequence' button. Premiere will create the sequence to the exact specs that you need for that media. You can then delete the initial sequence that Premiere created at Project start.
