PrPro CS5.5 gives me the blues

In the process of solving my other problem I got the blues for some reason. My exports to Pro Res are BLUE! My old projects will export ok unless I reimport the same HDV footage and export to the Queue. If I do Export it seems to be ok.Or use another file type works in Queue. If I convert the file directly thru Media Encoder it works ok.
What is up with this! Anyone run into this?
