Move a project from CS5 to CS4, and back?

Move a project from CS5 to CS4, and back?

Is it possible to move a project begun on a machine with CS5 to a machine with CS4, and than back again?

I need to edit in two locations if possible, and the two machines have two different versions of the production suite on them. It's not vital, but it would be nice.
