I'm coming from Final Cut where I have a graphic, say 480x250, that I edit into my timeline that is 1280x720. The graphic is obviously smaller and scaled 100% is not going to fill the frame and keep it at it's best quality.

Now in premiere, I am trying to do the same thing. However, when I edit in the graphic, it fills the frame and in the effects panel it shows it at 100% (filling the entire frame). I know this graphic is not that large and it is pixelated. What is the correct process when using graphics in premiere?

Thanks for any help.
