Not 100% sure, but if you save a project without any content in the older version and then open it in CS5 if should update and you should keep the bin structure. And if you don't have the windows machine anymore, then you should be able to open any old project with the right bin structure and then let PP update it to CS5 and not link any of the media. You will have to clear out the icons in the bins but that should be simple. Then save the project as a tamplate project ready to use for your next project - open it and save it in the name of your new project. Hope this helps. Andrew
