I installed 3rd party plugins in Premiere CS3 but don't see them

I installed 3rd party plugins in Premiere CS3 but don't see them

I installed some AE and Continuum Complete 4 plugins in the plugin folder for Premiere CS3 but I don't see them listed in the video effects bin when I open up Premiere. Am I looking in the wrong place? Will they be listed in some other folder than the video effects folder? Or am I wrong in assuming that these plugins will work in Premiere?
