Eddie or anyone who can help. I had the same problem as Angela, then I found this thread and installed Qiucktime. All was well for a few days, then as I moved to lesson 6 file format not supported reared its head again. I tried updating Quicktime, but this did not help. I ran the previous release of Quiktime from a shadow copy with no luck, I uninstalled and reinstalled Quicktime with no luck, I set Quicktime to have all defaults and customized the defaults both with no luck. Can anyone help? Thanx.
J.
