Cutting a video's viewable area

I captured a video off my computer at a size of 750 x 750 pixels. But only about 480 x 425 of it is what I want to see - how do I cut down what is showing so I'm left with clips that only show the 480x425 portion?
I am using Adobe Premiere CS3
