Convert P Pro 2.0 project to P6.5

Hi folks,
Maybe this will seem strange to you but I have a project made on Premiere Pro 2.0 and need to re-edit it on a Premiere 6.5 system
(with a proper YUV video out)
Is there a way to convert the "
prproj
" from Pro 2.0 into "
ppj
" from 6.5 ?
Or convert an EDL generated on PP2 into a P6.5 project ?
Or something...
I'm talking of a 25min project with about 300 clips and a fast cut editing.
It will be a nightmare if I do not import a project.
Thanks in advance
Carlos
