increasing size of a video

I'm a complete newbie to Premiere (and video editing), and using it for a small project. I had a video that I've done with a blue screen, that I want to use as an embedded video on a website.
I've done all the keying and stuff, but I'm not sure how to size the video. When I upload the video the person on the video is really small. Can someone tell me how to resize the video? (as in stretch the person or something)

I'm exporting it as an FLV file...if that makes any difference.
