children's ministry guyI am having trouble playing my movies on a DVD Player

I am creating avi movies with a Cinpak codec 320 X 240 29 fps just fine. I burn them to DVD using software that came with my PC, Power 2Go. Can anyone give me a hint whay they won't play on the DVD player attached to my TV? They play on my PC just fine.
