I'm not familiar with PPro2 but perhaps these thoughts will help. The overall length of your movie will help you determine if it will come even close to fitting on one DVD5 (standard single-layer DVD, holds 4.7 gig of information). The compression that you choose will effect this. Less compression = higher quality but bigger file, more compression = lower quality but better chance of fitting on one DVD5.
How long is your movie, in running time I mean?
