The first video goes over the process of converting an image to black and white using adjustment layers and then going back to re-color portions of the image.

The second video demonstrates the process of creating HDR images. In the first part of the video, I use Photoshop's HDR tools only. In the second part, I use the Photmatix plugin to create the final HDR image.
