How do I do this effect (link included)?

Hey, guys. I'm sure this is an easy one for you, but how can I achieve this effect?:

I've tried numerous tactics and achieved a similar result, but I can't seem to get the heavy saturation achieved in the above example. Any help would be most appreciated.
