Memory and RAM Cache settings CS3

I just went from 2 to 4 GBs of ram and I am still getting an image buffer warning for 5001x3336 image. I am uncertain what the ideal settings would be and how much vertial memory I need to have available.

Compaq Presario F700 Notebook
AMD Turion 64 x2 TL-60 2.00 GHz
Ram: 4.00 GB
32 bit operating system
