rendering blues

Hello Everyone,

I'm rendering a piece 720x480 dv ntsc, quicktime, h264 compression. An editor is then supposed to put this in her fcp file. We are both set up 720x480. For some reason when I send her the rendered file, she is getting a white bar (where the movie should be) at the top of the quicktime? Anyone know what I am missing?
