photoshop layers output module?

I am creating animated titles in AE 7 that I am also making stills of. I would love to create a render module template so that I could render both the Lossless+Alpha .AVI file and the photoshop layers file at the same time.
Right now I am rendering the movies, and then using COMPOSITION > Save Frame As > PHOTOSHOP LAYERS to get the stills.
Are there output module settings in the queue that would create an equivalent targa or tiff file that I could use in Premiere? I've tried a half a dozen different settings within the output module to make those stills, and they either don't end up with alpha that Premiere recognizes, or they are JUST the alpha channel.
Suggestions? I'm sure it's something simple, I just haven't been able to figure it out.
