Get out of the habit of exporting, and get into the habit of rendering, which uses the Render Queue. The terms "export" and "render" have different meanings in AE.

You almost always have far more control over the files you create in AE by using the Render Queue. You can batch process in the Render Queue. You have greater flexibility in what you can do it the Render Queue.

Now, you can't do EVERYTHING in the Render Queue. I don't work .3GP files, so I don't if if this advice apples... you'll have to find out on your own. But I bet there's a good chance that you can include audio when you render out a .3GP, but you can't when you export.

AE Help is you friend to get you started on using the Render Queue.
