hey Alistair; creative cow is good for asking specific questions, but more generalised questions, particularly when people are looking for ideas; can sometimes sneak under the radar. most of the people replying regularly to the forum are ae professionals, so asking for general ideas can be hard to come by! the best thing to do, is find a link with an effect you like, then ask how it was done...
