1920x1080 is 16x9 (1920/16 = 1080/9).
300x250 is not 16x9.

The movie and the website window have different aspect ratio so if you want to display the movie there without distortion you need to crop the picture (left and right) or add black bars on the top and the bottom.
You need o adjust those settings in the Geometry tab in Compressor.
Cropping or padding (if you want to add black bars).
You want a 6x5 movie (300x250) so you should crop the master to 1296x1080 (6x5).
Crop left 320 and right 320.
Then set frame size 300x250 and Pixels aspect: SQUARED.
