[Louise Macaulay] "I have an mp4, recorded with an iPhone. Its 6 min 20 sec long, 1280x720, AAC, h.264, 29.643fps, 11.86Mbps, mono, 48kHz, 63 kbps. The mp4 is in sync."

29.643 fps? Where did you get that setting from?
