2-camera shoot: both interlaced or 1 progressive?

Hi,
I'm shooting with a Sony Z1 and a Sony Z7. Since the Z1 doesn't shoot progressive, I have to shoot interlaced on it. Should I then stick to interlaced on the Z7 as well in order to ensure the footage matches and works together in editing? The footage is for online distribution.
I appreciate your advice.
Many thanks,
Fiona.
