Exporting from Final cut pro 7 to Betacam SP

Hello Everyone,

I just bought an apple Imac and got Final cut pro 7 installed. I am new to both Apple and Final cut pro. Can some one please tell me after i've completed a project how can i transfer the project to a Betacam SP and what firewire cable should I use? Please help me out here.
