I have not traced the problem, ( I did report this to MOTU, but have had no response.) but I find that a sequence from fcp7 plays fine on SnowLeopard, but the same sequence when played on Lion gives the audio out of sync by a few frames.

This is monitoring with a Motu V4HD via an SDI deck.

The audio delay settings seem to do nothing both in FCP and the MOTU.
