Finish the edit.
Make Sequence settings the highest.
Fully Render.
Choose File-Export.
Use Current Settings.
Export to desktop.
Leave FCP.
Double click movie file on the desktop.
Play Video, how does it look? Good? Drop into compressor or Episode or Squeeze.
