I'd go faster rather than bigger for the drive. Anti-glare screen is a personal thing which also depends on where you're going to be using it, I have just the regular screen and I'm fine with it, although I'm usually using it where I can move around and find a position where reflections aren't a problem (which is generally a room that's been booked for me to work in or my dining table, but I can imagine situations where it might be more of a problem).
