Cool thanks! I'm not demanding it be just like Avid, and am actually considering cutting the next feature in FCP which would have never been the case a year ago!

I'll try those tools. I'm a keyboard freak, so as long as they can be mapped and accessed quickly like it seems you are saying, that should work.
