you need to render the sequence!

That is because because your footage probably doesnt have the same settings as your sequence. right click in your sequence then settings and there you will see diferent presets you can choose from, choose the one matching your footage and it wont say unrendered.

Another way could be just rendering that footage on that sequence you are using but this will work only depending of the settings of the sequence but just try rendering the sequence presing alt + r see what happens...
