GOOD GOD, MAN. We're EDITORS not MIND READERS!

I've seen 2 quality answers here that you obviously refuse to heed.

So here's another one you can ignore.

Export the clip as an image sequence and take those files into your beloved Photoshop and up rez them all there. Should work great!!!
