Jaggies making me NUTZ!!!!

OK - Now and then a problem comes along that's so simple - you can't figure it out. Like your Mac isn't plugged in.
So here's the deal. I'm trying to move a circular logo straight across the screen, atop a dark, starry background. The logo moves fine, but develops tiny little teeth along the edges. The logo is an imported Photoshop graphic with an alpha channel. (The original logo was an eps file placed in Photoshop). It's been reduced in size in FCP to about 80% so that it fits nicely into the composition. I it in Motion to achieve the movement. It looks great when it's just sitting there... but when it moves - TEETH! My QuickTime exports look the same.
I can't figure out if I'm doing something wrong on the input/edit side of things... or in the export/output. And it's making me NUTZ!
Any help is appreciated. This is an NTSC 720x486 project...
