need closed caption software

I did a google search for this already but I'm a bit confused.

I am going to edit a 30 min infomercial that needs closed caption.
I am editing it in FCP.

What's a good closed caption software i could use that will take typed out text and add it to the closed caption line for output directly to Beta SP and/or DVCPRO and/or burn to dvd studio?
