Move Center Point with Motion Tab Accurately?????

Hi,
I've been trying to look for this answer for some while.
Is there anyway to move the Center Point of a clip accurately? As in having the X and Y slide independently of each other?? As oppose to using the Taget where X and Y are moved together depending on cursor. I know you can input values but this is sow. Is there no faster way like some drag function?
Thanks so much. I'm dying to know this....
