Interesting...

Maybe it's a Windows Quicktime Pro thing. We've seen it on multiple PCs with latest version of Quicktime Pro. But doesn't explain the issue on Handbrake (Windows version) since it's using x264 and not the Apple codec (again...that's what it specifies in the codec options in Windows version of Handbrake).
