Squeeze 6 or Episode Pro...?

Hi everyone,
I wanted to get a few opinions on which encoding software package to go with for an upcoming project.
I will be getting 80 or more videos from all over the world that are to loaded onto a media server and output to a large 4:3 LED screen.
We have picked the codec H.264 to have them all outputted to but they will be coming in as everything from DVD's to MPEG4s. I would like to know what would be a good on-stop-shop encoder to get that maybe versatile enough to accept various codecs and do a bang up job without too much customization for each video?
Looking into Squeeze 6 or Episode Pro. Any thoughts or experiences with the two would be much appreciated!
thanks
