Artifacts on Compressor

Hello everyone

I got a problem with compressor, when I upres this video I get these strange dots especially near liner edges, if you look at the image on the link it has five dots near the picture on the wall on the left. when the video plays they appear all over linear edges.

What I'm doing it's an upres from apple 422 SD to 422 HD it has been color corrected and the options on compressor are all on BEST!

Any idea? solution?

I tryed both with cluster and with normal mode
