F4V no timeline control

Hello everyone, I've been compressing some videos with sorenson squeeze to a .f4v format. My problem is with the playback, I want to make this videos derivable and the only way I can get "timeline navigation" (so that you can move precisely throughout the video is using quicktime player. I want to use a flash player and for this I am trying Dreamweaver.
When I import the f4v (I have to rename it to flv or else it wont be recognized) I can use a skin that controls my video but when I scrub through the timeline I don't get precise control, the video just jumps to the beginning, the end or a random middle point regardless of where I set the marker.
So if I want to see again the last 5 seconds of the video I have to see it all over again. This doesn't happen with QT. So how do I get a flash skin for the f4v/flv videos that will let me scrub through the timeline. I'm looking for something like the skin of the video tutorials here at the COW.
Any ideas?
Regards
