MPEG-4 or DivX file with 5.1 audio
by Rade Stojsavljevic on May 16, 2008 at 9:33:40 pm

Does anyone have a recommended method on a Mac to create a MPEG-4 file or DivX file with 5.1 audio. I'm trying to get a video to play back on a Playstation 3 and haven't had much luck.

I can get a DivX file to work using ffMPEGX but the compression controls leave a lot to be desired. Ideally I'd like to find a way to do this right out of Final Cut Pro or Compressor.

Thx,

-R
