Sorenson Squeeze not installing preset formats??

I just did a fresh install of my windows partition on my macbook pro. I had the sorenson squeeze working just fine and when i reinstalled NONE of the format and compression presets were loaded. I dont recall what i had to do the first time i instaled it but now it wont work.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck! Any help is greatly appreciated.

Running sorenson squeeze 4.3.3
