Best COMPRESSOR settings for HD to SD DVD?

Can anyone give me the best settings to use for a 15 minute Apple ProRes422HQ 1080i/29.97 video going to an SD DVD. I am using Compressor.
Just using the "90 Minute MPEG2" preset, I get a bit of a blurry picture, especially on the text. It seems like I am looking at an interlacing issue in the text--edges are not very clean on the top and bottom of letters especially.
It is not the worst quality in the world, but it is not as good as I know it can be. I am experimenting with bit rates and such, but figured someone smarter than me may already have the answer.
Thanks.
