I have the same problem. My AE-Render-Preview is nice and smooth whereas the final render is always "choppy". For example, my 35mm camera moves along the z-axis from -700 to -500 and the final playback of the video is choppy as hell.

Could anybody be so kind and tell me how (semi-)professionals handle this?
