What do you mean when you say 3d Digital Cinema?
Do you mean you want to make it so the audience puts on glasses and sees it in 3d?
If so, you might get some pointers from this article.

Basically, it'll take weeks - if not months - of work to do that depending on how long this piece of 2d footage is.
