0:14 is just some footage from artbeats Film Clutter added to the shot:

0:37 is a quick flash of the "trapcode Shine" plugin set to it's default colors

0:57 also, is just some flashy footage overlaid with "add" transfermode, no doubt this too is something from Film Clutter.

The fact that I can almost identify with certainty which library clips were used should be an indicator of how cliché this look is by now...
