bobbing clouds

i apologize if this has been asked lots before and i didnt manage to find it in my searches...
I have a comp where i have titles appearing on clouds, i would LOVE to be able to have an expression to set the vertical position of them to displace in a nice smooth motion.

curently im doing it with keyframes but id love to know if there is a simpler way of doing it with an expression.

I gotta learn expressions sometime and figured this would be a good way to get my head round them :-)
