Hi,

Can you see a waveform of your audio in the timeline?

Do you hear your audio when you play your mov file outside of AE?

Are you sure that your audio codec is compatible with AE?

Go to Edit>Preferences>Previews to check if your Audio Duration is set correctly, it may be set to 0:00:00:00

Hope this help.

Salut,
Serge
