putting an expression on a ramp start and end points
by Alan Tonn on May 28, 2009 at 4:19:52 am

hello all

i have a project i am working on where i have text that i am using a ramp to create an effect of a "horizon" line.

i want to be able to move the text with out having to reposition the start and end points of the ramp all the time. is there a way to create an expression that will look at the top of the text it is applied to, figure out the middle of the text object and then put the start of the ramp at the top or bottom and then an expression to do the same for the end?
